Get a straight answer

We clear what needs to go and keep the trees worth saving.

Typical price in Ocala: $1,500–$6,000 per acre

Depends on density, tree size and stump removal.

How we handle lot & brush clearing

Clearing isn't all or nothing. Most of our clearing jobs are selective: take out underbrush, vines, dead pines and junk trees, and keep the good shade trees and the ones that screen you from the road.

We cut, chip and haul, or mulch in place where that makes sense, and we flag the trees to stay before any equipment moves. Fence lines get cleared wide enough to build or repair.

For a building pad or driveway, we take out stumps and roots in the footprint so the site work starts clean.

Lot & Brush Clearing in Ocala

Clearing Land in Horse Country

Fence lines on farms get overgrown with cherry laurel, camphor and vines. We clear them wide enough for fence work.

Wild cherry is toxic to horses. If it's growing along a pasture fence, we can take it out.

Marion Oaks and other platted areas have lots of wooded lots being built on. We clear building pads and driveways.

Florida sand is easy on equipment but easy to rut, too. We pick the right machine so we don't tear up the ground you plan to build or plant on.

If you're building in a platted area like Marion Oaks or Rainbow Lakes Estates, we'll clear the pad and drive and leave the rest of the trees as a buffer from the road and neighbors.

What moves the price

  • Tree height, trunk diameter, and canopy spread (a wide oak weighs far more than a straight pine of the same height)
  • What sits underneath — open lawn where limbs can be dropped vs. roping every piece over a roof, pool cage, fence, or power drop
  • Equipment access — whether a bucket truck can pull into the driveway or we need a narrow-gate lift, climbers, or a crane
  • Wood and brush disposal — full haul-off of heavy trunk logs vs. leaving firewood rounds stacked on acreage
  • Whether you want the stump ground below grade and surface roots chased at the same time

Where we do this work

How it works

  1. Call or send the form.

Tell us what's going on and what part of Ocala you're in. If it's urgent — a tree on your roof, a split limb over the driveway, or storm damage — say so and we'll prioritize it.

  2. We come take a look.

Someone walks the yard with you in person, checks the drop zones, gate width, power lines, and trunk health, and answers your questions on the spot.

  3. You get a clear price before any work starts.

Written scope spelling out removal, cleanup, haul-off, and stump grinding in plain numbers. No pressure — you decide if and when to move forward.

Why homeowners call us

  • We actually answer the phone — or call back the same day.
  • We look at the tree and yard access in person before quoting a real number.
  • We tell you when structural pruning or weight reduction is enough instead of pushing a full removal.
  • We lay down ground protection mats to protect your lawn, driveway, and sprinkler heads while we work.
  • We rake up and haul off every branch and log before we call the job done.

What you can expect from us

Safe tree work comes down to rigging control, the right equipment for your yard, and a crew that respects your property.

We lower heavy limbs on ropes over roofs, fences, and pool enclosures instead of dropping them blind, and we clean up the yard before we leave.

If something doesn't look right when we're done, walk the yard with us before we pack up the truck.
